Julia Fiona Roberts, born 28th October 1967 at Atlanta with Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is part of the fourth generation of Robertses that live in the Atlanta area beginning by her grandfather John Pendleton Roberts a farmer. At an early age, her father was interested in theatre. When he was a student at Emory University he appeared in diverse productions, both on and off the campus. When he joined in 1953 the Air Force, he appeared with Betty Lou Bredemus in Biloxi. Eric Anthony was their first born. They got married in the year. Walter along with his wife were discharged from their Air Force service in 1957, when they enrolled Walter at Tulane University. Walter began working for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter along with Betty Lou began producing a television show for children in the city of Decatur, Georgia titled Bum Bum and His Buddies. They funded the show their own. The following year, they started the Actors and Writers Workshop which operated for six years. They were joined by Lelisa Billingsley (also known as Lisa) as well as Julia (also known as Julie) at the time.
